KJ's Creative Hands has many extension of its operation. The Grown and Sexy Edition is primary entity of its target audience. The Grown & Sexy Edition is an organized group conducted by small business owners and inspiring entrepreneurs who provides discussions and resources regarding daily living, relationship issues and tips, spiritual empowerment, uplifting men, women, and family lifestyles to a audience of 300 active group members of social media across the states. The Grown and Sext Edition is also VBlogged on YouTube with a growing market of viewers. With organizing annual events such as "It's A Love Thang - Finding my way back to Love" promotes critical topics surrounding Love, Family Empowerment, Relationships Building, and Healing from Destructive Relationships while providing opportunities for community small business owner's to network by promoting their products and services. "Praise Despite Brokenness Music Rally" which has been operating annually for 3 ½ years allowing avenues for local musical artist to express themselves through the art form song, spoken word. Also stimulating to musical elements to inspire those with music abilities to pursue a music career or become active within their religious organization.

KJ's Creative Hands is a big supporting of women's empowerment allowing women of all ages to feel good about their womanhood and embrace the natures of creativity and motherhood. To facilitate this goal I have organized a "Hats and Heels Mother Luncheon" an annual event has been established in order the show appreciation to mothers in the community giving them avenues to feel confident, promoting positive fellowship amongst other women, share stories, when prizes, and encourage Mother's to be, Young Mothers, and Grandmothers by creative an environment of restoration through music and motivational speaking. By establishing partnerships, sponsors, and/or funding alliances I will be able to enhance the environment settings, accommodate staffing, and also market these annual events increasing participation by allowing expansion of locations which will develop more awareness within families and revenue for small business owners through vendor services.
